What is Handlr?
A creator support page for musicians, artists and independent creators to receive one-off audience support.
How do I create a page?
Use a supported sign-in option, choose your page username, and add a bio and images. Email sign-in is supported; Google is available when configured. The sign-in screen shows your available options.
Can fans pay me now?
One-off card support requires an active creator page and a Stripe Connect account enabled for charges. Availability depends on Stripe account eligibility.
What does Handlr charge?
Handlr charges marginally per payment: first €5 at 1%, next €20 at 2%, remainder at 3%, rounded once to the nearest cent. Active creator promotions waive Handlr’s fee; a valid lower account override can reduce it. Stripe processing fees apply separately and depend on account, country and payment method. Off by default. Creators can choose 5%, 10% or 20% of referred support as a partner reward, deducted from their donation proceeds.
How do creator payouts work?
Eligible creators complete Stripe Connect onboarding from their profile. Stripe manages the connected account and its payout schedule; account eligibility and processing fees apply.
What amount can a supporter give?
One-off support uses EUR. The minimum is €1 and the maximum per checkout is €10,000.
Can I accept monthly subscriptions?
Monthly subscriptions are not available in this release. Handlr currently focuses on one-off audience support.
Which countries are supported?
Creators need a supported Stripe Connect account with completed onboarding. Handlr does not promise worldwide payout eligibility.
How can musicians use Handlr?
Share your creator page in your artist bio, livestream description or release notes so listeners can support your creative work. Handlr is a support page, not a music store, distributor or ticketing service.
How do referral rewards work?
Approved partners can share referral links. Off by default. Creators can choose 5%, 10% or 20% of referred support as a partner reward, deducted from their donation proceeds. Valid last-click attribution lasts 60 days; eligible rewards have a 45-day hold and a €25 net payout minimum. Payouts require partner onboarding and staff enablement.
